02. Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

03. Tracking & Confirmation

04. External Delays & Address Accuracy
Carrier Delays: CARDNOVA is not responsible for postal or courier delays beyond our control.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing an order. We cannot be held liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
05. Lost or Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to deliver, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. Our support team will review and resolve the issue for you.
