At CARDNOVA, we offer returns, exchanges, or refunds ONLY for items within the following categories:

Accessories
Sealed products
Pre-order items

For all other products not listed above, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, quantities, and shipping information.

Exceptions & Product Issues: We are not responsible for change of mind purchases, incorrect selections made by the customer, or minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product itself.

However, if your order arrives with the wrong item, or if the item is significantly damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Except where required under applicable consumer law, CARDNOVA does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items outside of the Accessories, Sealed products, and Pre-order collections.

At CARDNOVA, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and shipping conditions.

CARDNOVA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and assist where appropriate.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
