Return and Refund Policy

At CARDNOVA, we offer returns, exchanges, or refunds ONLY for items within the following categories:
• Accessories
• Sealed products
• Pre-order items

For all other products not listed above, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, quantities, and shipping information.

Exceptions & Product Issues:
We are not responsible for change of mind purchases, incorrect selections made by the customer, or minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product itself. 

However, if your order arrives with the wrong item, or if the item is significantly damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Refund Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Except where required under applicable consumer law, CARDNOVA does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items outside of the Accessories, Sealed products, and Pre-order collections.
